About Your New Rol
- eSupport the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, commercial due diligence and investment committee preparation
- .Work closely with portfolio companies, monitoring performance, supporting governance processes and identifying value creation opportunities
- .Assist with transaction execution, including negotiations, legal documentation and deal completion activities
- .Contribute to fundraising initiatives, investor engagement activities and the preparation of investor communications and reporting materials

What Skills You Ne
- ed2–4 years' experience within investment management, corporate finance, transaction advisory, venture capital, private equity, banking or a related financial services environmen
- t.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess business performance, investment opportunities and commercial risk
- s.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations or investment materials for senior stakeholder
