Epredia is seeking a meticulous and analytical Finance Analyst to support our financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. This role will contribute to the financial health and informed decision-making of the company.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted results, identifying key drivers and providing insightful commentary.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
* Support the annual audit process by preparing requested documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
* Participate in cost analysis projects, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights to support operational decisions.
* Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a diagnostics or healthcare industry.
* Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP), and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential.
* Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
