• Advanced Excel and reporting tool experience (Power BI, SAP, ERP systems advantageous)

Relevant Experience (one or more areas)

• Financial support for infrastructure, OT, IT, or manufacturing transformation programmes

• CAPEX/OPEX tracking and investment governance activities

• Cost engineering and forecasting within regulated or operationally sensitive environments

• Support for programme financial governance, reporting, and executive dashboards

• Coordination with vendors, procurement teams, and finance stakeholders

• Support for audit, compliance, or financial control activities

Additional Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities

• Ability to operate in complex, regulated, and operationally sensitive environments

• Experience in pharma or life sciences preferred

• Familiarity with GMP / GxP environments advantageous

• Understanding of project lifecycle management and PMO governance

• Relevant finance, accounting, or project management certifications advantageous

Business Justification

The OT Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Transformation programme requires an experienced Financial Analyst / Cost Engineer to support financial governance, cost control, forecasting, and reporting activities across critical manufacturing and infrastructure initiatives.

This role is essential to ensure programme financials remain accurate, controlled, and aligned with delivery objectives and governance requirements.

The position provides dedicated financial oversight and analytical support, enabling improved forecasting accuracy, financial transparency, and proactive risk management while supporting operational continuity and programme execution.

Given the complexity and scale of the programme landscape, this specialised role is critical to maintaining effective financial governance and delivery assurance.

Role Responsibilities

• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Track project financial performance, accruals, commitments, and actuals

• Perform variance analysis and identify financial risks and mitigation actions

• Support programme financial governance and executive reporting

• Coordinate with PMO, finance, procurement, OT, IT, and operational teams

• Support CAPEX/OPEX management and investment tracking activities

• Prepare dashboards, financial reports, and management presentations

• Support audit, compliance, and documentation activities as required

• Provide structured financial oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives
