Position: Lead ERP Standardization for Finance Transformation Initiatives

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the Finance perspective on design decisions as the Senior Manager for ERP Standardization. You will manage onboarding, readiness activities, and ensure alignment of financial controls within the ERP design. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving standardization of processes globally across regions and entities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize Finance onboarding activities for ERP
• Oversee process walkthroughs and user acceptance inputs
• Represent Finance in global design governance
• Partner with IT teams for effective change management
• Maintain Finance design documentation and protocols
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive Finance experience
• Expertise in Finance domains and ERP implementations
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and controls
• Understanding of data architecture and quality
• Ability to engage cross-functional teams effectively
