Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role located in Bengaluru. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting in financial planning, and generating accurate financial reports. Key duties include evaluating financial data to identify trends, providing actionable insights to leadership, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial outcomes with business goals will be a critical component of the role.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling to analyze financial statements and metrics.
  • Experience in ratio analysis, balance sheet analysis, and P&L analysis to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth financial data analytics to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and models is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for preparing presentations and investor communications.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM are an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting processes and collaboration with internal teams for process optimization.
  • Keen interest in finance, strategy, and market trends.
  • Understanding of version control or documentation tools is beneficial for maintaining financial reports.
