Skills
- QFA qualified
- Minimum of 3+ years in financial advisory or wealth management.
- Deep knowledge of investments, life and pensions
- A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and AML procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
- A self-starter who is highly organised, analytical, and capable of working calmly under pressure to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and performance updates.
- Grow the life, pension, and investment portfolio by managing the existing client base and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to provide professional recommendations tailored to client goals, tax strategies, and estate planning.
- Oversee the entire business lifecycle, from onboarding and pipeline management to processing applications and renewals.
- Ensure all files meet current regulatory and AML standards while staying updated on market trends and economic shifts.
