Position: Financial Accounts Assistant (multi-entity)
Location: Willerby
Butler Rose is delighted to be representing this dynamic enterprise in the heart of Central London, in their search for a Financial Accounts Assistant (Multiple Entity) to assist through a busy audit and reporting period. The is a short term temporary role with immediate start and is based out of London with a hybrid working arrangement (2/3 days in the office).
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone early in their career who can support across financial statements, reconciliations, and audit deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of financial statements across multiple entities
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Prepare audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain and organise financial documentation to ensure audit readiness
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Provide general support to the financial reporting team during period‑end
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple legal entities
Requirements
- Part‑qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or early‑stage finance professional
- Experience working in a multi‑entity or group environment is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to audit processes or financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks
