Salary:
For the role of Finance Divisional Manager, the salary is:
Contributory: €171,517 – €196,205 per annum contributory superannuation*
Non-Contributory: €162,943 – €186,397 per annum non-contributory
superannuation*
The appointment is offered on a permanent contract of employment basis.
*Candidates should note that entry will be at the minimum of the relevant scale and
the rate of remuneration may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government
pay policy. Subject to satisfactory performance, increments may be payable in line
with current Government policy.
Point of entry on this salary scale may differ from the minimum point of the scale if
the successful candidate is a current public or civil servant.
Role Purpose:
Enterprise Ireland is seeking applicants for the role of Finance Divisional
Manager. This role presents a significant opportunity for an experienced and
collaborative leader to shape and drive the financial strategy, governance and
operational effectiveness of Enterprise Ireland.
Working across the organisation and with key external stakeholders, the
successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of financial leadership,
accountability, compliance and risk management, while supporting the delivery
of Enterprise Ireland's strategic and operational objectives. The person
appointed will lead a high-performing division, providing strategic direction and
leadership across key corporate functions while fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and service excellence to support the delivery of Enterprise
Ireland’s strategic goals.
Reporting to the Executive Director (Investment, Finance & Transformation), the
Divisional Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and
will have direct responsibility for the Finance Division, comprising four
departments:
• Financial Performance, Reporting & Procurement
• Grant & Financial Operations
• Corporate Governance
• Risk & Information Management
