Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting and general ledger maintenance
• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance
• Administer both accounts payable and receivable
• Support month-end close including variance analysis
• Maintain effective internal controls and documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• Payroll Compliance Professional certification is a plus
• Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP (asset)
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset required
• Must be located in Greater Toronto Area and eligible to work in Canada
