Your new company
This internationally-renowned organisation is looking for an accounts payable officer to join their team on a contractual basis for a minimum of 6 months. This company has an inclusive and highly collaborative finance team who are requiring more resource due to an increase in workflow.
Your new role
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Processing high volume of invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Review, approve, and process expense claims, in accordance with policy/procedures.
- Reconciliation of bank transactions for all bank accounts.
- Manage the account inbox and handle any supplier queries
- Assist with any adhoc administrative tasks
- Assist the AR team when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong accounts payable experience to ensure you hit the ground running. Having Netsuite experience would be highly beneficial but is not essential. However, having strong communication skills, attention to detail and organisational skills is essential due to the high volume of invoices and stakeholders you will be working with.
