Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as a functional and systems expert in Finance business areas including business processes, purpose, rules, logic, and data.
- Drive, manage, execute and deliver audit related requirements and ensure compliance
- Define, analyze, and prioritize business needs, assess risks and perform cost-benefit evaluations.
- Lead projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices, including but limited to planning, testing, training, documentation and support handover, etc.
- Support production critical issues and continuous improvements, including severity 1 issues which may take priority from time to time.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, System Analyst, IT Project Management or equivalent, will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience using & enhancing large scale integrated financial reporting systems, preferably Oracle e-Business suite, Oracle EPM Cloud and Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong project management, documentation and organizational skills
