Our client a leading Financial Services company are hiring a Financial Accountant to join the Finance team on a one year fixed term contract initially. This role supports financial reporting across multiple entities and offers exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role is working with a great team, reporting into the Financial Controller this is an excellent opportunity to gain broad finance experience and develop your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure reporting complies with IFRS, Irish GAAP etc
- Support management reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Manage expenses, including accruals and prepayments
- Process and reconcile intercompany invoices and settlements
- Prepare financial statements for relevant entities
- Maintain strong financial controls
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as required
Skills & Experience:
- Recently qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Renumeration:
- €60,000 -€70,000 (doe)
- Full benefits incl healthcare, pension etc
- Flexible hybrid working (2 days in the office)
