Position: Finance Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the company’s daily finance, accounting, and cash flow operations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Handle tax reporting and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and government-related parties.
- Support the setup and implementation of finance procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems in Indonesia operations.
- Work closely with management and the China headquarters regarding financial matters and operational updates.
- Assist in cost control, financial analysis, and business performance evaluation.
- Ensure all accounting documents and records are maintained properly and accurately.
- Able to independently handle finance-related tasks from operational to supervisory level.
- Willing to be hands‑on and capable of doing tasks personally when needed, especially during the company expansion stage.
- Support ad‑hoc assignments from management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in manufacturing or multinational companies.
- Experience as Supervisor or Senior Finance staff is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Mandarin proficiency is a must (spoken and written) to communicate with China headquarters and management team.
- Good English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Independent, proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Batam, Indonesia.
