Job Descriptions:
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective performance and collaboration.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and manage the company’s cash flow to support operational needs.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Statement of Account (SOA) with principals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all financial records are in compliance with applicable accounting regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries to plan, monitor, and optimize the company’s financial activities.
- Liaise with banks and other external parties to facilitate payments and financial transactions.
- Maintain communication with principals, vendors, and customers regarding financial transactions and related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role (Finance Supervisor or equivalent).
- Have proven experience of leading a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with the Odoo System is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated numerical accuracy, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
