Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong financial models for both acquiring and issuing teams.
- Analyse new business opportunities and provide strategic and financial insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Cards department.
- Prepare clear business presentations and conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Create and manage P&L statements for the Cards and Payments business.
- Monitor key business metrics and recommend actions to enhance performance.
- Partner with Marketing, IT, and other teams to support projects and campaigns.
- Perform other related duties within the business unit as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in banking, cards, or the payments industry.
- Strong ability to handle large data sets and interpret insights.
- Hands-on experience in financial modelling and advanced Excel use.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
