.Position Overvie

wWe are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of full-time investment banking experience and possess a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution, and marketing material development

.The Associate will play a critical role in leading analytical workstreams, managing junior team members, coordinating transaction processes, and supporting senior bankers in client-facing situations. Candidates should be capable of independently managing substantial portions of live M&A and capital raising engagements while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client service
