직무 설명:
Finance Specialist
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for full sets of account including knowledge of handling account receivable and payable. Communicates with internal/external parties to perform accounting related matters. Assists with external/internal parties on statutory audit, annual tax returns and other accounting and finance matters. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Accounting Tasks Management
- Customers invoices issuing
- Handle Accounts Receivables and Account Payable for the company
- Review Accounts Receivables monthly aging report and follow up settlement with customers
- Handle payroll, local tax filing and staff social welfare reporting issues
- Assist with monthly closing and audit preparations
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Responsible of ensuring processes and procedures are up to date according to business needs
- Carry out any other duties as required by the Manager and the Company
Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 years experience, previous working experience in Logistic/similar industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized and proactive, with great attention to detail
- Detailed minded, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Independent with excellent problem solving skills
- Good command of written & spoken English & Japanese
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
