Financial firm in NYC is hiring a Recruiter to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote.
This role will focus on recruiting for a variety of roles including Technology, Investment Services and other corporate functions. You will support full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires, including direct sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, setting up interviews and making offers.
What’s Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally working at a financial firm
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and screening
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
