Process Excellence Manager – Finance
We are seeking a Process Excellence Manager to drive end-to-end Finance process performance across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). This role will lead process governance, standardization, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with Finance, Digital, and IT teams to simplify, automate, and optimize finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Finance process governance and process mapping.
- Drive improvements in cycle time, quality, cost, controls, and audit readiness.
- Develop KPIs, standard work, and process documentation.
- Partner with Digital and IT teams to implement automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and change management.
- Utilize tools such as Lucid, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot to support process excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Process Excellence, or Finance Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
- Experience with process mapping (Lucid preferred) and ERP-enabled finance processes.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and Big 4 consulting experience are highly preferred.
