- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance financial models, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans across the Canadian multi-family portfolio;
- Ensure KPIs / financial and operational reporting evolve with changes in market or operating conditions to highlight key opportunities;

- Collaborate with the CAPEX team to track and report on capital expenditure programs, supporting return analysis and budget adherence across projects.
- Maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide asset managers, investment managers, and senior leadership with real-time visibility into portfolio and asset-level performance.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of financial and operational KPIs in close collaboration with the data team;
- Identify areas where actions/accountability are required to improve financial performance and deliver key initiatives;
- Streamline and automate reporting workflows, reducing manual effort and improving the speed and reliability of financial outputs;
- Proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into FP&A processes — from modelling and forecasting to reporting and data management.
