As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to join our positive, collaborative, and dynamic team.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will support day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, finance operations, and high-level financial reporting.

You will provide critical commercial insights, maintain robust forecasting, and assist in preparing board reports — while also ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transactional finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly finance reports
  • End-to-end Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Preparation of monthly BAS
  • Payroll Processing
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Inventory and Supply Chain forecasting
  • Maintain and update Cash Flow forecasts
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Financial modelling and analysis
  • Manage COGS
  • Providing value-added commercial insights to Leadership
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
  • Proficiency using Xero and Excel
  • Comfortable with both transactional bookkeeping and commercial/strategic finance tasks
  • Understanding of inventory and supply chain accounting
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus
  • Australian Citizen or valid Right to Work
