Dataxet Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support the Finance Manager in overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, able to take ownership and leadership of the task assigned by Finance manager within timeline to support Finance manager decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly finance reports to support business performance tracking
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, budgets, financial forecasts and adhoc request from all stakeholders.
- Ensure the company’s financial records and accounting practices comply with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support financial analysis, project evaluation, and validation of business plans, including ad-hoc financial requests from management
- Support the implementation and improvement of financial procedures, policies, and systems to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present financial insights during management or company financial meetings
- Assist Finance manager to monitor day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, payments, payroll and other financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to senior management
- Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Good command of English and Thai
- Able to work independently, prioritize under pressure
- Thai Nationality

- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis
- Experience working in a growing or fast-paced organization
Reporting Line
Report to: Finance Manager
Budget: 40,000 THB/month depends on qualifications and experiences
