Job Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual appointments with pre-qualified clients who have requested information
Educate clients on available insurance products and help them choose the best solutions for their needs
Follow up with leads provided by Afortus to build relationships and close sales
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage client communications
Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements
Attend virtual training sessions and actively participate in ongoing professional development
Manage your own schedule and workload as an independent contractor
Uphold Afortus’s values of integrity, professionalism, and client-first service
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain or currently hold a valid life insurance license (assistance available if unlicensed)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and using digital tools (CRM, video conferencing, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
High level of professionalism, integrity, and a desire to help others
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
