A Bit About Your Role
As the Factory Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations across our Hokitika site. You'll lead cost accounting, asset management, and financial reporting functions, while supporting strategic decision-making and business improvement initiatives.
Reporting directly to the GM Finance, you'll manage a small team and collaborate closely with production, marketing, IT, and the wider finance group. Your insights will help drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
A Bit About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results. You've spent several years working in manufacturing or dairy environments, and you're confident managing cost structures, asset lifecycles, and financial reporting. You bring a continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
You're comfortable navigating ERP systems and thrive in fast-paced settings where innovation and change are part of the everyday. Your communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across departments will be key to your success.
