We are looking for a commercially driven leader to bring structure, clarity, and performance across the business.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role working directly with the Founder to drive the commercial success of the business.
You will be responsible for aligning sales, product, and finance—ensuring that every part of the business is working together to deliver revenue growth, strong margins, and efficient operations.
This is not a purely strategic role. We are looking for someone hands-on, analytical, and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Sales Management
- Own and drive overall sales performance across:
- Retail stores
- Wholesale accounts
- E-commerce & marketplaces
- Set targets and monitor weekly performance
- Lead and drive accountability within the sales team
2. Product & Inventory Planning
- Partner with Founder and Creative to ensure collections are commercially viable
- Drive pricing strategy aligned with luxury positioning
- Manage inventory:
- Reorders
- Slow-moving stock
- Product lifecycle decisions
3. Financial Performance
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting to:
- Monitor margins by SKU and category
- Control costs and improve profitability
- Manage cash flow planning
- Ensure all commercial decisions are financially sound
4. Channel Strategy
- Optimize performance across:
- Retail
- Wholesale
- Online
- Identify growth opportunities and underperforming areas
5. Business Execution & Alignment
- Act as the bridge across teams:
- Sales
- Finance
- Operations
- Founder
- Translate strategy into clear weekly actions and results
Key KPIs
- Revenue growth vs targets
- Gross margin improvement
- Inventory turnover & sell-through rates
- Sales team performance
- Cash flow health
Who We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in a commercial, business, or sales leadership role
- Background in luxury, lifestyle, retail, or home categories preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of numbers
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and drive performance
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
