What You'll Do
- Examine financial transactions and credit history case by case
- Review of high-risk transactions, identified by our system controls
- Monitoring of trends and highlighting suspicious transactions
- Root cause analysis of unpaid invoices
- AML reporting
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on fraud trends and alarm performance
- Support the development of fraud detection processes and routines linked to wider business initiatives such as market expansions or new product launches
You will work in close collaboration with amazing people, use new technology and break new ground in the payments space by shipping products far better than anything else in the market.
Requirements
We are looking for an analytical individual with an investigative mindset and a high level of detail orientation.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- BSc degree in Business, Statistics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and basic Python
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength
- Good organizational skills and a strong ability to process large sets of information whilst detecting anomalies
- An interest in fraud prevention and protecting customers from fraud
- Proficient with regulations and investigation methods
- An analytical mindset and not be afraid of suggesting new approaches to solving a problem
