We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager with solid experience in EPC and Oil & Gas projects to join our team. This is a mid-level to Senior Level managerial role with opportunities for growth within the organization.
The ideal candidate should be capable of interacting confidently with Senior Management, providing financial insights, identifying practical solutions, and guiding management toward informed and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project accounting for EPC / Oil & Gas projects
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost control, and variance analysis
- Handle cash flow management and coordination with banks
- Ensure compliance with VAT, statutory regulations, and audit requirements
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management review
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and contracts teams
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
- Professional qualification (CA / CMA / ACCA) preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in EPC / Oil & Gas or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project accounting and financial controls
- Ability to work independently, lead the Finance Team and meet reporting deadlines
