My client, a rapidly growing infrastructure management platform in the energy space, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and helping build scalable processes within a disciplined and evolving finance organization.
This position offers the chance to be part of a best-in-class management team supporting an independent power producer platform across the U.S. You will partner closely with experienced, highly respected leaders in the industry, with meaningful exposure to senior leadership, including the CFO and broader executive team.
On a daily basis, you will be involved across a wide range of finance and accounting functions, including accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and audit. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting and finance foundation, along with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. You will also play a critical role in building and implementing scalable finance processes and best practices as the organization continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably with exposure to industries such as power generation, infrastructure, energy, asset management, or private equity-backed companies. Experience with M&A is highly desirable, as the company is expected to pursue several strategic acquisitions. Exposure to systems implementations is also a plus, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days onsite in their NYC (West Side) office. The company offers fully covered medical benefits for individuals and families, along with a highly competitive compensation package.
