Finance Manager Role – Scaling Business!
We are exclusively engaged with a scaling Financial Services business. With operations already in the UK and North America, they are building out their Australian entity and this will be their first finance hire here!
The UK business has recently secured a multi-million $ credit facility, highlighting their growth and increasing their service offering.

Responsibilities:
- An all encompassing role that will require you to roll up sleeves and get stuck in to the daily finance processes
- Own the day to day finance function for the Australian entity, reporting directly into the UK CFO
- Responsible for funding transactions, month end and working closely with the group team to ensure strong financial controls
- Act in a 'Junior CFO' capacity, being the main finance contact for the region and using your knowledge to contribute towards value-add decisions
About You:
- CPA/CA Qualified – public accounting background highly regarded
- Financial services, fintech or lending experience is desirable
- Excellent communication, strong initiative and proactive mindset
