Job Description
• Develop and manage the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with deadlines.
• Analyze financial performance, business trends, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to management and directors.
• Lead and manage finance team, including delegation, monitoring, and performance review
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial feasibility and support key business initiatives.
• Ensure all financial activities are well-documented and compliant
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Ms Power Point; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
