Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Willowbrook Chrysler in Langley, BC. This role is responsible for guiding customers through financing and leasing options, presenting recommendations clearly, and ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. The Finance Manager works closely with the sales team to structure deals, secure approvals with lenders, and optimize finance terms while safeguarding profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills, with the ability to structure automotive finance and lease deals effectively.
- Knowledge of lending practices, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards in automotive finance or a similar industry.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, finance tools, and standard office software (e.g., CRM platforms, MS Office).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, respectful manner.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside sales and service teams to achieve shared performance goals.
- Previous experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.
