We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and effective financial planning and analysis. This role plays a critical part in supporting business decisions, managing core finance operations, and partnering with leadership to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and professional service providers
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Maintain and improve internal controls, financial processes, and systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership on financial matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Solid understanding of internal controls and financial best practices
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
