We are hiring a Finance Manager for a leading Telecom company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong experience in financial management, compliance, taxation, treasury, reporting, and team leadership.
Key Requirements:
- CA / CMA / ACCA (Mandatory)
- 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, VAT, treasury, audits, and cash flow management
- Experience managing finance operations across multiple entities
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Preference for Indian nationals and candidates currently based in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, and statutory requirements
- Manage treasury, banking relationships, cash flow, and working capital
- Lead internal and external audits
- Review customer credit limits and vendor payments
- Manage payroll approvals, inventory controls, and intercompany reconciliations
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring regulatory compliance
