Position: FM Home Loans is looking to add a full-time member to our Accounting Team!
FM Home Loans is looking to add a full-time member to our Accounting Team!
You’ll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while being part of a supportive, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do:
- Handle Accounts Payable with speed and accuracy
- Assist with Payroll (experience with ADP is a big plus!)
- Perform Bank Reconciliations
- Support bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting/reporting functions
- Work with mortgage servicing and loan servicing operations
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure everything balances accurately and efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Accounts Payable experience (must-have)
- Payroll experience (ADP knowledge is a major plus)
- Experience with Bank Reconciliations
- Mortgage industry background required
- Experience using AMB required
Servicing experience strongly preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
