Finance Manager
A growing and fast-paced financial markets business is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing general ledger postings and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs.
- Identifying and implementing process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior finance team members.
- Working across a multi-entity environment, ensuring accurate reporting and intercompany processes.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong experience preparing monthly management accounts.
- Previous exposure to multi-entity businesses.
- Proven track record of improving finance processes and controls.
- Experience gained within industry or an outsourced accounting / finance function.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Experience within financial services, trading, brokerage, commodities, or other regulated sectors would be advantageous.
