Job Description
Qualifications & Experience
- Age below 30 years.
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Full or Part-qualified in CA, ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience with related area and leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with ownership of responsibilities.
- Female candidates are preferred.
Role-Based Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team and oversee day-to-day accounting activities.
- Independently manage monthly and annual financial closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are met (e.g., Tax, Audit, Compliance).
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Review and approve reconciliations, payment runs, and journal entries.
- Implement and improve financial controls and reporting systems.
- Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
