My client is an innovative payment provider helping platforms take full control of money movement, over their payments, routing, payouts, and reconciliation, powered by our own proprietary infrastructure.
They are growing fast. Really fast.
That's why they are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and entrepreneurial Finance Lead who isn't looking for a comfortable finance role, but for the opportunity to build something meaningful.
You'll work directly with the CFO and take ownership of the financial backbone of the business. No layers. No politics. No narrowly defined responsibilities. Just real ownership, freedom, and impact.
What you'll own, tasks and responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (core business)
- Treasury, cash management, and banking relationships
- Safeguarding, reconciliations, and financial controls
- Financial reporting, audits, and annual accounts
- Tax and compliance across the group
- Setting up and managing new entities as we expand internationally
- Pricing, unit economics, and commercial analysis
- Board and investor reporting
- Working closely with Product and Engineering on our proprietary ledger infrastructure
What we're looking for, who are you?
You're someone who thrives on ownership and responsibility.
You have a strong financial foundation, ideally gained in:
- Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, M&A or Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Financial Control
You also:
- Can build robust financial models from scratch
- Are highly analytical and comfortable with data and systems
- Take initiative and work independently
- Move fast and enjoy solving complex problems
- Act very hands-on
- Speak fluent English
