KAISER AG, based in Liechtenstein, is the world’s leading manufacturer of vehicles for sewer cleaning and industrial disposal as well as mobile walking excavators, employing around 1,500 people worldwide.
As the company’s Nordic subsidiary, KAISER Nordic has been manufacturing vehicles in Nykarleby, Finland, for more than 30 years. To strengthen our local team, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance & HR Lead to support our continued growth and success.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As financial accountant, you will be responsible for the company’s daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payments, and monthly closing. You will also handle external reporting to tax authorities and other regulatory bodies, as well as the year-end closing process.
- You provide transparency for decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and management reporting.
- HR: You will act as a point of contact for both supervisors and external partners such as occupational health services and payroll providers.
YOUR PROFILE
- A college or university degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in accounting or a similar role. Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English and Finnish.
