Finch Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a part-qualified CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional who is eager to build a strong foundation across multiple areas of accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Receivable (Trade Debtors) Management
• Bank Reconciliations and Cash Book Management
• Supplier Reconciliations and Accounts Payable Support
• Payment Processing and Recording
• Assistance with VAT, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance
• Support in Monthly Financial Reporting and Management Accounts
• Audit Preparation and External Audit Coordination
• ERP System Operations (Odoo)
• Financial Data Analysis and Reporting
• Process Improvement and Internal Control Activities
• Assisting the Finance Team in day-to-day accounting operations

Candidate Requirements
• Part-qualified CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent qualification

• Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization
