Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for statutory reporting, tax compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external parties to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Financial & Statutory Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and reports.
- Support the statutory audit process and ensure timely submission of audited financial statements.
- Perform variance analysis and report on key financial results.
Tax Compliance
- Manage corporate income tax, indirect taxes, and other relevant tax matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and statutory filings.
- Assist with tax audits and prepare required documentation.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
- Support improvements in financial reporting processes and systems.
Stakeholder Support
- Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and tax authorities.
- Provide finance support to business units when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CA) is an advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in statutory and financial reporting within a Shared Services or corporate finance environment.
- Tax experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks.
