Key Responsibilities:
• Generate investment reports for clients and stakeholders
• Process client membership forms and investment applications
• Manage emails and calls from clients and investors
• Ensure accurate tracking of memberships and financial distributions
• Assist in yield distribution scheduling for investors
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in operations or transaction management
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience in customer service interactions
• Familiarity with database and accounting software
