Title: Finance Executive

- Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities in Singapore and Malaysia
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoicing, payment processing, collection follow-up, and reconciliation
- Perform monthly closing, journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation
- Support daily finance operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and service providers for annual statutory audit, corporate tax filing, GST/SST submission and compliance, other statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparation of financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents
- Support ad hoc finance, operational, and administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within reporting timelines
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience preferred
- Experience in handling full set of accounts and multi-entity environment
- Familiarity with Singapore and Malaysia accounting practices, GST/SST, and statutory compliance is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite is preferred
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Positive attitude, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
