A global oil and gas manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Director to join their Singapore office.
Your new role
A global role reporting to the CEO, the finance leader will be a key member, providing the financial acumen, responsible for end-to-end financial management, accounting governance, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, and more importantly, be a strategic visionary leader to guide the organisation toward sustainable growth and financial success. The Global Finance & Accounting person will be a seasoned professional who is across all global entities and potentially getting the organisation to IPO. I
Key responsibilities include planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury, accounting, audit, financial statements preparation and review, compliance controls, supply chain financing, working capital optimization, cost saving, tax compliance, risks management, financial KPI monitoring, financial analysis, tax strategy, investments analysis and exposure to working on ESG initiatives. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi /Singapore and will be reporting to CEO.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would be a person with 15 years of rich experience and experience in a manufacturing company is non-negotiable. Prior experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activities and IPO execution will be a plus. Experience in Dubai is mandatory as well.
