Title: Finance Director

1. Financial Strategy & Operational Leadership:
· Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and operations, aligning it with business goals, business direction and long-term vision.
· Provide leadership and direction for all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
· Collaborate with the management team and other senior executives to support business operations and decision-making from a financial perspective.
· Undertake financial modelling scenarios to calculate future company break even, project evaluation, operational efficency and profitability to support business and country strategy.
2. Financial Management:
· Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions.
· Manage cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures to support business operations and expansion.
· Implement and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.
· Implement a payment authorisation matrix and policy.
· Set up and manage inter-country charges.
3. Risk Management:
· Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· Ensure that financial practices are in line with all statutory laws, taxes and regulations.
· Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals.
· Support project financial evaluation, including direct costs, variable costs and investment-related financial analysis.
4. Team Management:
· Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
· Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of finance staff.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
· Communicate financial performance/reports, analysis, and forecasts to the management team.
· Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the executive team and board at quarterly board meetings if required
· Support internal departments by providing financial insights and operational finance guidance.
· Support projects, liaising with DOIT, MOIT, Customs and Tax Dept and other bodies such as Industrial Park Management.
· Provide financial information and analysis to support investor reporting and internal management requirements.
