We are currently looking for a motivated employee to join our team of professionals in the position of:
Finance Controller
Location: Pleven office, on site position
Your Role
- Cost allocation and Cost centers maintenance
- Supporting management with analyzing financial data & KPIs (mainly related to Production)
- Executes internal controls in alignment with Group strategic plan
- Monitors the actual performance compared to budget through regular and ad-hoc performance analysis reports and budget forecast updates
- Actively participates in the annual budgeting process in line with the company’s rules and within the deadlines
- Supports period closing processes
- Preparation of financial overviews, reports, analysis, and forecasts needed for the Management
- Participates in other operational tasks in the Finance department (supports colleagues on financial matters, provides financial information, participates in finance and internal audits, etc)
Your Profile
- University degree with focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant education
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other Microsoft program products is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, team player with ability to plan, prioritize and work within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS office applications
