🚀 EmiStraits is hiring: Finance Manager – Manufacturing – Shop Floor Experience (Singapore)
EmiStraits is looking for a Finance Manager to join our client, a leading electrical cable and wire manufacturing company in Singapore. This role will work closely with the CFO to manage financial operations, drive performance, and support overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, and monthly/annual closings
- Manage accounting, general ledger, payables, and receivables
- Drive cash flow management, collections, and credit control
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with audit, tax (GST/corporate), and statutory requirements
- Lead internal & external audits and financial controls
- Partner with CFO on financial strategy, funding, and planning
- Manage finance team and improve systems, processes, and efficiencies
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CA preferred
- 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in finance operations, audit, tax, and compliance
- Experience in manufacturing/shopfloor environments (Jurong exposure is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
