Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role ensures accurate recording of fuel trading transactions, monitors margins and operating costs, and supports management with financial analysis to maintain profithability in a price sensitive market.
Job Description:
- Ensure all finance and accounting activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, PSAK, and tax regulations.
- Conduct continuous improvement in finance and accounting processes.
- Develop a budget tracking system to ensure effective and efficient operational budget control.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and regulators to ensure compliance with the latest regulations.
- Develop and organize well-planned financial transactions.
- Maintain a healthy balance sheet and favorable financial ratios.
- Provide input and recommendations to management regarding financial transactions.
- Manage cash flow and tax planning effectively.
- Prepare reliable and accurate financial statements.
- Implement the Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with ISO 37001 requirements.
- Implement the Code of Conduct (CoC) policy and HSE programs across all work processes.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures to protect people, property, and the environment.
- Implement cybersecurity measures in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning, preferably in managerial level.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and taxation regulations.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in handling relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulators.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement budget control and financial monitoring systems.
- Familiar with ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) and ISO 27001 standards is an advantage.
- Understanding of HSE and corporate compliance policies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and financial/accounting systems (ERP is preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
