The Finance team supports Mega Image in achieving its projects by providing a stable and secure financial environment, running efficient financial processes, providing relevant information and decision support. This role supports the strategy and initiatives of our organization, with the responsibility of supporting the definition, implementation, and monitoring of these policies; it requires a deep understanding of efficiency initiatives, as well as skills in the area of analysis, communication, and performance monitoring.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Act as a financial partner to operational teams and senior management
- Provide decision support through interpretation of financial and operational data
- Contribute to business strategy development and assess financial impact of initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance improvement initiatives
Financial Analysis & Performance Management
- Analyze financial performance across business lines and recommend improvements
- Monitor KPIs and propose actions to enhance performance
- Lead profitability analysis across products, services, and projects
- Prepare financial reports and business insights for management
Planning & Financial Control
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor budget execution and analyze variances vs. targets
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial impact
Operational Efficiency & Processes
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency and cost control
- Support development and enhancement of financial policies and procedures
- Contribute to financial transformation and digitalization initiatives
- Support internal and external audit processes
What skills and competencies we are looking for you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, audit, or management accounting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience working with SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess costs, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Solid understanding of business processes and the financial impact of operational decisions
- Ability to interpret financial and operational indicators and translate them into actionable insights
- Proven capability to provide strategic decision support to management
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
