Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and senior management to provide financial guidance and support.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting, and performance commentary.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Challenge and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure financial controls and governance processes are maintained.
- Present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A professional accounting qualification – 2 years PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- The confidence to challenge and influence decision-makers constructively.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
