My client is a NZ organisation that operates in the service industry. The organisation has revenue from both public funding and from commercial activities. The organisation is multi-cultural and operates in the arts and cultural space with lots of creative people working to deliver outcomes.
The Role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the business to provide the following:
- High quality financial analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Performance insights.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare modelling on investment decisions, engaging stakeholders to ensure accurate assumptions
- Support strategic initiatives
- Play a key role in continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants genuine visibility and influence across the whole organisation.
Your Profile
To be considered for this role, we are looking for an individual with the following attributes:
- Experience in larger complex organisations
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders and the ability to engage with the business
- An ability to influence people and outcomes
- Proven modelling skill capability
- A curiosity to problem solve
- Ability to present financial information to a wide variety of stakeholders.
