Role Description
- Commercial Finance & Contract Support: Partner with the commercial team to structure financial terms in brand contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Investment Feasibility: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business opportunities, pricing models, and trade terms for new and existing brands.
- FP&A & Performance Management: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and business growth.
- Financial Risk & Cost Optimization: Identify financial risks, key cost drivers, and margin optimization opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and legal teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and system efficiencies.
- Investor Relations Support: Assist in preparing financial reports, business performance insights, and investor presentations.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Professional licenses such as CA, CPA, CIMA is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
